Important distinction: Any medical treatment you receive will be provided solely by independent, licensed physicians and healthcare facilities. Nexus Stem Cells facilitates the introduction and coordinates logistics but is not a party to the physician-patient relationship. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The parties expressly waive any objection based on forum non conveniens.

For users located outside Mexico, nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a complaint before the competent authorities of your country of residence if mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms (other than payment obligations) if the delay or failure results from events beyond the party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or internet service failures.
